What was the inspiration for Mogo?

That’s a long story with many facets, which you can email us about any time. The short story is that we were tired of manufacturers making things that barely passed for food just for profit, with little to no care about the health and well being of the consumer or the planet. We also were shocked when we realized that there are almost no healthy pre-packaged food solutions in the entire market, and decided to change that.

I have a recipe that I think would be great for Mogo! Can I share it with you?

Some other food delivery companies rotate their menu systematically, for example, on a weekly basis. How will your rotation work?

Actually, our menu is permanent and we will always be adding new items to it. That way, if you find something you love, you never have to worry about it being rotated out or out of stock!

Some of my ingredients have clumped up. Is this normal?

It absolutely is normal. We do not use any anti-caking agents, chemicals or preservatives, so sometimes some of your ingredients may cake a little. To remedy this, just give the bag a shake and a gentle massage.

Why are all of your meals vegetarian?

Our goal was not discriminate against carnivores, we just wanted to serve the very under-represented vegetarian market better. We also wanted to show that vegetarian can actually be just as delicious as food with meat in it! Many of our recipes were originally designed with meat in mind and your favourite meat can be added any time.

Will one kit be enough for me?

We sure hope so. Each kit was designed for at least 2 people, and to be completely honest, even each two person kit was designed to be extra-filling, perhaps enough for a third serving!

I've never heard of some of your dishes before!

While that’s not technically a question, we’ve heard this a lot. We want to introduce cuisine from all over the world with our own Mogo twist, and that involves meals that maybe you’ve never heard of. Don’t worry though, we thoroughly test all of our meal kits with many people from all walks of life to make sure it’s got broad (and delicious) appeal so we’re sure you’ll love them too!

Some of your ingredients are listed as organic. Are all of them organic?

While not all of our ingredients are organic, we do our very best to source responsibly to not only the consumer, but to growers as well. That means we avoid socially irresponsible products and whenever possible, source locally and organic.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We currently accept credit cards, direct bank transfers, and PayPal.

What payment security do you have?

When using Paypal, Paypal’s top of the line security is used. When using credit card transfers, Cybersource’s (a subsidiary of VISA) Decision Manager is used. When using direct bank transfers each bank will have it’s own security policy in place.

How do I get a refund?

Why don't you package all of your ingredients as one mix?

We fully believe in transparency at Mogo. We believe that you have the right to know EXACTLY what is in your food. Instead of a mystery mix, we want you and your loved ones to know exactly what you are eating.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Unfortunately, we only ship to Korea for the time being. However, with your support we hope to expand to other countries later!

How much is shipping?

Free Standard Delivery is applied on orders of three meal kits or more. A standard delivery fee of 3,000 won applies to all orders with less than three meal kits.

This free delivery offer is subject to change at any time. However, all orders processed during a free delivery offer period will be processed in accordance with the offer.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

2-3 Business days for Seoul-wide including most country areas

3-5 Business days all other areas of Korea.
