Our Story

In today’s modern age, people are very busy. Sometimes shopping for individual ingredients, preparing them, then cooking them isn’t possible. We at Mogo experienced this countless times, but in these situations our only choices were limited to unhealthy delivery food or pre-packaged foods loaded with extremely unhealthy chemicals, artificial colours and flavours, preservatives and highly processed ingredients. This got us thinking about how we could make things better. Better for consumers and better for the world.

From this, we came up with the idea of Mogo. Mogo was created to fill a huge hole that currently exists in food.

Created by two experienced food enthusiasts who care about food and the experience that goes along with it.

Responsible Change

We desire to change the status quo about how people think that healthy food can’t be delicious. We want to show people that current poor choices available in the market don’t have to be the only choices.

Giving Back

We know what good food is. Many companies know that unhealthy food means more profits. We care about health, and we care about good food.

Great taste while being vegetarian friendly. Not only is it possible, we’ve got it down to a science. Never any artificial flavours, colours, chemicals or preservatives.

We want anyone to be able to enjoy Mogo. We offer our unique food kits at a price that can fit any budget.

Most delivery services offer the same uninspired offerings. Most pre-packaged foods are just unhealthy copies of the same delivery service foods. Mogo boasts custom-created dishes dreamed up and made reality by the Mogo team that simply can’t be found anywhere else.

Bought a kit and don’t have time to eat it? No problem. Our food kits can be stored for long periods of time without refrigeration so you can enjoy them whenever you want, wherever you want.

Cincinnati spaghetti (also called Cincinnati chili) is an American recipe created in the humble state of Ohio, but it has very international roots. The dish was created by Greek immigrants using traditional flavours from their cuisine, such as clove and cinnamon. Our recipe uses quinoa, which is one of the planet's superfoods.

Quinoa is gluten-free, high in protein, low calorie, and is one of the few plant foods that contain all nine essential amino acids that are crucial for human nutrition. It is also high in fiber and contains various beneficial antioxidants.

Tasting nothing like either traditional Italian spaghetti or American chili, Cincinnati spaghetti is a unique and delicious treat.

The word “pumpkin” comes from the Greek word “pepon”, meaning “large melon”, and while technically a fruit, they are generally used as vegetables. They can be baked, roasted, steamed or boiled and their seeds, meat and flowers can all be eaten. They are low in calories, fat and sodium, while being high in fiber, vitamins A and B, potassium, protein and iron.

Our cranberry pumpkin risotto is a creamy meal that actually uses Korean rice, which is remarkably similar to the multitude of short-grained Italian rices typically used for the dish. Topped off with walnuts, this meal is sure to please!
